Default How to mold for chaos knight shoulder pads??

The title says it all, I've had very limited success using green stuff and was just wondering if anyone knew of a better way?

Just to clarify I'm trying to make a mold to make copies of the chaos knights shoulder pads because I love the look of them and they are terribly expensive on their own through a bits seller.

So any help would be great from those of you experienced with this type of thing. Just bought instant mold to try that we'll see.

Any thoughts or advice would be super thanks guys

Well, since we know you're not a bad boy that would copy a GW shoulder pad- I'll tell you what you can use to make a mold of your own shoulder pad designs!

Google Instant Mold and you'll also get links to videos of people using the stuff on various bits. And use the freshest sculpting putty you can, the softer the putty is the better it works with press molds.

    I used this tutorial:

My first time using green stuff for anything and worked out wonderfully. Might give it a go.
