You don't get very far with IG for 500 pts
I played this the other day against some nids as we were doing a demo game for my nephew - not too heavy on the details as it was a quick pick-up game.
Command Squad
Platoon Command + Commisar
2 X squad
3 x HW Squad (autocannon)
3 x HW Squad (missle)
Veteran Squad 3x grenade launcher
roughly 500pts possibly 525...don't have my books atm.
