Cool! A reenactment of the Octarius Sector! Why did you try to go with the split defense as an Ork player, out of curiosity? (assuming I don't have it backwards)

A couple of people suggested it. I am pretty flexible when trying out new things. I didn't have really high hopes for this layout but it never hurts to try. I think if my lootas hadn't ran turn 1 it might have been a bit different.
This week I am going to try the castle formation with a refused flank. Should be interesting.
