Really like the short stubble hair on the sergeant. It is a technique I have not yet tried.

Nice, nice. Especially good work on the glowing green eyes, seems quite natural and effective.

Yup. Them dudes are boos. I do believe they will relict one or more things.
The orange glow effect is a nice contrast to the gray.

Its rediculously easy too. just mix a litle grey with your base flesh tone and apply to the stubled area. When I first saw it used on a mini I thought "whoa! How'd they do that?"

Great job on the color choice. The cool armor really contrasts well with the hot shields and hammers.
