On page 4ish of the Imperial Bastion instructions there's a note for two small pieces saying "Not needed for single Imperial Bastion". Anyone know what the exact official use for these two small pieces is?
I can guess that maybe they have something to do with multiple bastions and there's all kind of crazy kit bashes they could be used for, but I was just curious if there was an official use. Thanks!

When you connect 2 bastions side to side there is a notch out of the floor plates where they join.This piece fills that notch.

hehe, you're not the only one that it confused, I figured that was the reason from seeing it, but it took me several weeks to figure out how the hell it actually fitted in, not that I need it anyway
