Default Necromechanicus 'Mechanicum counts as necrons'

Decided to take the plunge with necrons to make an army I've wanted for a while - Mechanicum

First model my supersize knight titan counst as monolith (you may have seen the WIP thread before).

First model with the new paints, pretty impressed so far.

WIP destroyer lord (the tomb stalker is fiddly as hell but very poseable)

And my first batch of scarabs which are next to be painted, eventually

Very impressive, very impressive indeed! I can't wait to see what you do for the regular troops and other vehicles! Using the Titan was the perfect substitute for a Monolith!

Yeah, the tomb stalker is somewhere in the ballpark of 92 different pieces of resin, which while a pain in the ***, can lead to some awesome possibilities with dynamic posing. It is such a cool model, and I like the creative use of it here.

I found I had to use a lot of green stuff + super glue, and I wound up assembling/posing it in 4-segment chunks at a time, then getting all the legs in there as quick as possible while my green/glue cement cured.

Nice use of the kit here - creative counts-as lord.

And the Titan turned out great. My only qualm is that it looks more impressive than the rules will allow it to be, as a counts-as Monolith.
Armies Played (in order of acquisition)

Warriors are going to be based on servitors

Immortals are dark angels with immortal torsos/arms and extended GS robes. Still at early stage.

Scarabs are trimmed from the ghost ark
