    Its not horrible.
It sometimes takes time before you have a folio up on the thread that people begin to comment on.

My critique would be to use a more lighter blue for your secondary colour. The lighting may be making it hard to tell if that's a lighter blue or not. Also the gold, you may want to use that on other parts of the model to tie it in more. The single gold spot is the first thing my eye is attracted too, and you want people to see the whole model and not just that single gold spot.

I like the gold Idea...I was actually thinking of doing the shoulder emblem in that gold I did on the gun.

There are 2 main colors...Cloudy gray from Reaper is the base and then the armor is Citadel's new color Teclis Blue....I then used a really watered down Badaab Black to get that dark color in between the sections that should have it...let it dry and then light dry brush the entire model with Lothern Blue and 1 part Cloudy Grey. took the pic with my camera phone....it's all I have. Looks better in person actually.
on that note, I went and redid the shoulder pad emblem gold and the Antenna tip gold as well. You're right, it pops....

also the Sept color is simple...just a line....and will be just a section of my suits n tanks. That's Sparkling Blue from Reaper as well

Yeah, figured it was mostly the device you used to take the photo that was messing with the colours :< Also good to hear the gold is balanced out now!

Flashes are evil. Wait for a sunny day and try taking picture of it outside. It may be friendlier with your weaker camera too.
