Default Bran Redmaw Saga of the Hunter

The rules for Bran Redmaw's Saga of the Hunter say: "He (and any Fenrisian Wolves he is leading) may enter the table from Reserve using the Outflank special rules."

Does this mean only a squad of Fenrisian Wolves he has joined can outflank, or does it mean that all of the Fenrisian Wolves in the army can outflank?

I think it means the group he is personally leading instead of the whole army.

FYI - Don't forget (according to FW Q&A) when he turns into the Redmaw he counts also counts a monstrous creature as well as independent character.

Isn't that the stock wording on the rule from the SW book? It's possible they just copypasta'd it without consideration that Bran doesn't have an option to take Fenrisian Wolves as wargear.

No, the usual rule only gives the ability to outflank and Stealth, the Fenrisian Wolves part is an additional part which only Bran Redmaw has.
