I like them a lot.
Ask not the EldarGal a question, for she will give you three answers, all of which are puns and terrifying to know. Back off man, I'm a feminist. Ia! Ia! Gloppal Snode!
They certainly have a unique look and a bit more towards the sci-fi than the other fleets except maybe for the Covenant.
here they are painted up;

It's a French site, and they seem to have had them a while- neat us all to it!
The Russians have arrived at my local gaming store and I purchased a few today. I got the Russian fleet battle group, armoured batle group, Kostroma Fleet Carrier, Rostov Claas Destroyer (3), Tambov Class Gunship (3), and Saransk Class Medium Skyship (2).
The models are quite nice, and the Russians have some very interesting Generators and MARs.
Glacier Generator, Torpedo Breaker Generator, Rocket Jammer Generator, Mimic Generator.
Ablative Armour, Concussive Barrage, Concussive Tremor, Conscripted Crew, Hard Shell (not what it sounds like) this is an actual last ditched type of attack, repair vehicle, sheaf fire, lob shot, and burrowing.
There is also a special set of rules for models in range of the National Fleet Commodores vessel. These provide re-rolls or bonuses that can cancel some of the negative MAR rules (conscripted crew).
The biggest thing about the Russian forces is that their weapons are mainly set at range band 2 or 3, with a decent damage values for their ranges. Their ships and tanks are a little slow, and the armour rating is average, but have a higher HP value. Their weapons normally face to the sides and front, except for the dreadnought which can shoot 2 weapons to the rear.
The use of certain MARs like Ablative armour which the gunship, cruiser, battleship, dreadnought and carrier get, allows the shipp to close in before they take too much damage. What it does is it makes the DR equal to the CR, so you do not roll on the Critical table for the first hit and only takes 1 point of damage. Once it has been damaged, it loses the Ablative armour MAR permanently, and can not get it back, even if it repairs the damage.
The generators can be handy, but really work well if the enemy is up close (within 8") as some generators can make part of the enemies rocket or torpedo attacks be re-targeted against themselves, or spread to other ships in your squadron which means the damage is spread out.
I will have to test the fleet out when I build it, and then report on how it performed.

What the ???? why did it double post?
Oh well ignore the second post, it is just the same and I am not a network system manager like my brother, so I could not explain why it did that.
&^%*^%$&^ grumble about computers being unreliable, and heads off to make a coffee.

They just released some preview photos of not only the new Lithuanians, and the Canadians, but a sneak preview of Prussian Mini Metzger Infantry stands, but a Prussian Assault Airship, a Britanian Zanburak class Bombard, and a Polish/Lithuanian Helicarrier.
Most are probably from blogs on the spartan games website.
