edit: hammer of wrath on a MC sounds like MEH, its a sub standard extra attack big woop. Now if it was "each mode in base contact" that would be awesome.

well for one thing MC's dont get to attack all in base to base, force axes are ap2, some flyers are 3HP and wound allocation was wrong

That used to be in 4th? and ended up making CC too powerful as assault units used to spend the entire game in CC and so could never be shot at
