Why would you think that? Everything about the fluff of the creature is that it is a flyer. Considering GW makes their fluff first, and then tries to make rules based off of fluff, it would be consistent to think that the harpy will benefit from these changes.

Thats exactly why they've done it. It encourages flanking and manuevering on the battlefield

As a side note, I messaged FW on their facebook and asked when we'd get the PDF rules and FAQ's back online.

They said no specific date, but hopefully very soon

He'd probably think that because the harpy is a tyranid unit, and GW's stance seems to be that, if it's tyranid, it has to be really bad.

I think the harpy ought to get a 'new model' exemption from that though.
