Default Terminators how will You dispatch them in 6th

Thats the question on my mind at the moment.
Of course you can always shoot them to death using weight of fire but when it comes to close combat I'm inclined to think that mass's of assault troops with high attacks will be better suited than your more expensive elite options?
    I'm interested to know.

What are your Ideas for defence against terminators after shooting?....

Wyches aren't bad when you have to commit to CC. Also multiple squads of Reaver Jetbikes with Cluster Caltrops bladevaning them is a good way to soften up while the ladies get ready to charge. Granted as an Eldar/Dark Eldar player you would always rather shoot them to pieces with Scatter Lasers, Shardcarbines etc.

I tend to use the exact same tactic as I did in 5th, use AP2 and spam them with armour saves.

A combination of weight of firepower and weight of assaulting models with my orks. Chucking in the odd flyer just to mess with their heads.

Decent application of Dreadnoughts and/or my own terminators when using my Marines. Hopefully having done something to tip the balance in my favour with shooting first.

Guard; again weight of fire and constant movement to try to stop them getting close enough for my inability to hurt them in assault to matter.

In all these cases, it's pretty much the same as it was in 5th. I've never relied on one power weapon in a squad to take down too many of them, or a single powerfist for that matter.

If all else fails, Demolisher Cannons are still S 10, AP 2...

Tesla Destructors. And then Lychguard with Warscythes!

Warscythes that ignore their armor, doomscythes that are AP1, mass tesla and gauss fire, rending wraiths.

Stealth, if you creep up on a terminators blind spot you can simply tip them over...

However the process of robo-insemination is far too complex for the human mind!

Yup, Doomscythes will do just nicely, especially if you can line up as many as you can under the line. That way they all can potentially take hits. And warscythe Lychguard will almost always strike first given that termies usually have powerfists and chainfists.

Using ax-wielding models also could screw them up, such as SW or Bezerkers.

Why do I find that amusing? Tipped over Terminator, "AHH! My battle-brothers, help me! I can't stand myself up! Who in the Warp designed this armor?!"
