Anyone know what this is?

I got a job lot of stuff and included were some sort of resin plane type things. They look a bit like valkaries but from what I can tell are not forge world.

I'm not even sure how to properly assemble them.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows what they are and who makes them and if so could they please tell me?

I would not know who makes them, but it looks a little like the troop drop ship from Star Ship Troopers. The one where they can drop off the entire box section and fly away. I could be wrong though as it is in pieces.
