Besides, I thought we were on a Wargaming forum, not a scientific debate. Tbh, if people show my doubts about things to be wrong, I'd be pretty happy. I'm a naive optimist deep down, but this world makes it hard to keep that up. :P
Yeah, atm for me it is looking at what people do to themselves, and then expect to be 'fixed' by healthcare. Just makes you depressed, especially when a lot of it can't be 'fixed' at the stage people present with it. The trends for obesity and being overweight are staggering.

Eventually... No one becomes obese overnight. Most people only have a small excess energy intake, just they have it for a long time, and it results in excess weight. 2/3 of the UK is overweight, 1/4 is obese (those figures overlap, the 2/3 includes the obese people too). The people who are overweight for the most part are able to exercise enough to loose weight, but overweight is becoming normal, reducing the incentive for people to loose weight. Well, that is one of the trends that is happening.

But if you're a pessimist and those things actually happen then you're pleasantly surprised instead

However the process of robo-insemination is far too complex for the human mind!

Or you're a moody bugger who complains about everything. See: the front page for how fun that is en masse. :P
