Quick comment to making the most expensive unit. Nothing says your DC unit has to fit in the transport they buy. So you could buy a 30man DC unit with duel thuinder hammers a reclusiarch and a land raider. But with 30 guys, you might as well pay 15pts a piece for your jump packs for an astonishing350pts for a 6" range increase. Somewhere on BOLS there was an article where people tried to build the most expensive army pts-wise that would fit in one FOC. BA won over guard, but just barely. This was without Forgeworld. I think it was BOLS, it might have been 3++.
