No, there are no Loyalist Primarchs in the first book. We won't see Sanguinius for a LONG time.

Not for a while, but there's a few where they say Sanguinnius is the only primach that can contend with Horus in every aspect, several may be able to best him combat, but in pure breadth of skill Sanguinius is seen as his main rival...
