Dragon definitely looks cool. Im diggin the Dinobots. Ill have to remember all their names to name mine (Grimlock, Slag, Snarl...god Im old, memory from 1980s not what it used to be...)

Hmm, the dragon may be a bit much even for me.

Like the forgefiend a bit more in model form but need a version with a giant daemon infused cannon on it please.

Would like to see a higher res pic of that warpsmith.

Raptors look good but I would ditch the little wing things on the sides of the jump packs based on these pics.

The Maulerfiend reminds me of the Spined Chaos Beast, with the small hind legs and massive torso. The Forgefiend looks very much like a Centaur.
Honestly.....these models are nothing short of amazing. I can see some people don't like the aesthetic, but hey, people wanted Chaos to go away from the 'spiky marines' look.
In depth look at each model;
The Dragon looks crazy, but I can't tell where its guns are. Maybe the claws represent the guns, or maybe it shoots out of its mouth? Either way, it looks sweet and Tzeentchy.
The Maulerfiend looks brutal, I can tell people are going to want it dead very quickly when it hits the field. It also looks like a Dinosaur and is the one on the WD front cover.
The Forgefiend is strange looking, but I like the design personally. Very daemonic, and obviously inspired by mythological sources. I love the eyes and mouth on it.
The Warp Smith.....what more can you say? Staggering quality, looks absolutely badass. Eat it, techmarines!
The Warp Talons are pretty darn good, they look like they want to slice and dice.

Overall.....I'm astonished. Fantastic models, and a great new visual direction for Chaos Space Marines!

It all has that new chaos feel from dark vengence, but I somehow feel that unless they have new kits in store for regular marines, terminators and some of the other plastics then the range is going to look quite disjointed. Of course a new eavy paint job across the range will be seen which will tie them nicely in WD.
I love the new look though.

On the fence with the helldrake. Not feeling the feinds at all. They look like a tyranid port from their latest big tervi-kit. Also going to wait to see some rules for the warpsmith. Relized i have like 3 techmarines that have never been used in game. Don't want another. Completely digging the Warp talons! I sure i'll catch 'em all anyway. Just a first glance opinion.

Anyone else notice the Forgefiend and Maulerfiend are on the Large Oval bases? You can tell by looking at the Maulerfiend picture.

If I'm correct, these models are going to be MASSIVE. As in, they look to be Tervigon-sized.
Surely those two won't be AV12? They are too darn big to be AV12....
