I guess that would be the dragon? Maybe.

Only thing I can think of from their new leaked info which looks like that - though that doesn't exactly say graceful and fast enough to catch flying aircraft in midair to grapple with them...

Would be nice if there was a little more meat on the cover, as that doesn't really mention much on the inside which might be part of the new format that they have been talking up.

Looks like an iron warriors Rhino , also very retro looking, was hoping for more wackiness based on the dark vengenace models

It's not the dragon, of that I'm certain. The pictures model doesn't have wings, is not on a flying stand, is legged and on the ground, and isn't made of fire as has been widely reported.
This is the new siege daemon engine I suspect.

If there was any doubt GW were going to take Chaos in a new direction that creature confirms it for
me. Can't say it looks especially vicious though. Looking forward to more leaks
