Default DA Librarian on Bike conversion

Adding to my already large DA army, decided I needed a bike libby. Thoughts?

    Very Nice.

The shoulder pad with the book on it. What kit/place is that from?

What did you make his psychic hood out of?

I'm guessing that the psychic hood if from a regular grey knight backtorso. The book & skull are from Grey knight terminators I believe... as is the staff

Its ravenwing bike upgrade parts, with some gk bits added (back/hood torso, staff, books, right shoulder, skull). Its a simple no gs needed conversion. Thought about doing a combi plasma, but ultimately I think this build may be more likely to be valid in a future codex.

You might want to consider filling in the Inquisitorial "I" on the Grey Knights staff. It's easy, and will help make the staff look more DA and less GK.

Thanks, I hadn't even noticed it til now. I'll definitely do that.

Just a FYI, the grey knight torsos are about 1mm narrower than a standard SM torso. You have to take the pins off and line it up as best you can. I did my best to disguise the joint both due to this and due to the front piece being robed and the gk back piece not. I was surprised at this as I thought GW strived to keep things mostly compatible and the size difference is obvious when you try to mate the pieces.

Yeah - it's pretty easy, too. I wanted to use a force stave for my Blood Ravens terminator librarian, and I had to do it. I also used a Grey Knights terminator as the basic body, and that also involved a lot of Green Stuff filling, so I was kind of in a mood. A green stuff mood.
