Morning!
So, largely anecdotal at the moment, but going over my CSM Codex and my HH book, I have noticed that once you get into the elites, the minimum unit sizes seem to be coming down.
The Cult troops start at 5, Chaos Terminators start at 3 strong, whilst Obliterators and Mutilators start at 1.
This seems to fly in the face of the usual 'make games bigger' changes. Do we think this is just anomalous (the plural of anecdote not being data) or a deliberate attempt to lower the required entry size of an army? Anecdotes for, reduced unit sizes. Anecdotes against, boxed sets being larger than the minimum, with thus far no first hand source of single models....

All of those things had those squad sizes in the last codex.

Yep, this is correct. Also at the other end of the scale with this codex, you can actually make some very large units of marines, cultists etc. Its very flexable.

Hopefully, in the next Eldar dex, Aspect Warriors will be 3-7 again, with the eliteness to match.
