Death From Above - Necron Night/Doomscythe freehand painting

Been a while (around 14 years) since I did any freehand painting so I thought I'd have a go with my Necron Airforce.

Was thinking of keeping these as the ones that fill the troop slots and going with a Grim Reaper style design for the Doom Scythes and then try and figure out another style for the elite slots.

12 flyers all up in a single FOC.

Love the idea, and they look great all lined up, just needs a slightly meaner expression IMHO. With the shape of the cockpit void, I'm getting cuddly koala rather than evil skull .

I agree they look awesome but if you play them all at once your opponent may Throttle you.

Very lovely design and steady hand! Really good take on the fliers form, and how to incorporate the skull. Are you planning to keep the cockpit entirely dark?
