Default 40K Expansions / Card Buildings

Hola all

I use the old Necromunda terrain in most of my games as I effin love it, I'm looking to expand it/ replace it as it is getting very worn since it is from the first printing of Necromunda way back when.
I intend to buy all 2nd ed card buildings that GW put out, as far as I know there were 4:

I also remember the Storm of Vengeance campaign pack that was realeased around '97 I think:

the campaign pack was updated during 4th ed and GW released it as a PDF - can be found here: http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1390008_The_complete_Storm_of_Vengeance_campaign_ pack.pdf

Were there any other similar card/ plastic bulkhead kits released? I know there was the Outlanders expansion and the Gorkamorka fort - was there any terrain in the Digganob expansion? Anything else I missed, was Storm of Vengeance the only such expansion?

I think there was also an Ork Fort, but I can't for the life of me recall whether it was separate from the Gorka Morka one.

There was an Ork watchtower that was a press-out from White Dwarf, I've got that somewhere in the attic too

The old supplement Warhammer 40,000 Battles, (around '94 or '95 I think,) had some press out bunkers in the back. If I recall correctly, this was mainly a reprint of old White Dwarf articles. I've still got the bunkers around somewhere, would probably make a nice addition to Planetstrike.

It's too bad GW doesn't make these anymore. They're plenty durable enough - my FLGS still has one. I bet they work well with a coat of sealant. They're neat, cheap, look good, and do the job.

ElectricPaladin - they're definitely durable enough, been gaming with mine for years.
Just had a rummage through boxes of hoardings and found a complete, unused set of the Storm of Vengeance terrain, including six bulkheads on their sprue. Happy Days.
My best friend had the Battles book when we were about 9 and wouldn't let me read it incase I read the scenarios, I still wonder what what was so special about them to this day

I remember the bunker in WD. Issue 169 if I'm not mistaken.
