    Default Dark Angel Porta-Rack Q

p64 of the new Dark Angel codex has the Porta-rack rules which state that 'if the bearer kills an enemy in CC then he gains x and x. In addition you may now use enemy teleport homers as your own.'

Does this mean that you have to kill an enemy Character first, or can you use the enemy teleport homers from the get go?

Kill first, as the word 'now' suggests a pre-requisite.

Just going off your wording. I don't have the book!

You must kill the opponent's character to gain access to the homers/icons, etc.

This is equal to the d-key in codex csm. You have to kill a char in the cc-subphase ... and then ... it´s already too late for shocktroops, cause round three knocks on the door and only the few poor shocktroops, which has rolled low are availabel. But wait, DA have access to an reserve-reroll too, hmmm maybe usefuller as the rusty key.
    Peace through superior Firepower!
