It's probably gone back to GW, it wasn't listed with the other THQ licences, however haven't they just got the Warhammer licence ? so it wouldn't be a stretch for them to pick up the 40k one as well if it's available again...

I believe Relic owns the license, not THQ, so the license will go with Relic to Sega (Sega is the publisher, like THQ was before). But this will open up more opportunities for DoW, like Total War: Warhammer 40k.
