Sneaky GW, new Screamer/Flamer stats are up on the website! Nerfage hooo!

New GW Daemon Stats for Flamers and Screams; Screamers are nerfed to 1 attack a piece (thank god!) and both Screamers and Flamers are one wound models again. Also looks like they'll be 4+ armour/5+ invulnerable now also. I think evens out.

For the record I never had major issues with Daemons. Just kill their troops really quickly and watch as the Daemon player nerd rage when they can't score win a game or score enough battle points to actually place to get any prize.

IMO, I think the stats on GW website are still from the previous version of Codex: Chaos Daemons.

They never updated them with the White Dwarf stats, so no, these aren't their current/new profiles. GW doesn't really update their website with unit profiles anymore. Or, there are funny typos, like the Toughness 4 Daemon Prince.

They also moved the Daemon prince to the HQ slot and dropped its Stats - Toughness is now 4.

That's a typo from a few months ago mate, and one that the Nurgle Daemon Prince for Chaos Space Marines has as well. It is not the correct stat-line, that I can say with near certainty.

Here's a good way to look at it. If it's in a Codex, it's what you use. Unless: 1) They update it via the Errata & FAQ Documents, or 2) The unit gets updated via White Dwarf, which would usually entail a completely new model or mode of play (i.e. new edition of the rules).

If you don't see it in one of those three places, then it's inaccurate.
