for 1500 pnts , that's a solid list that's can take on just bout anything and survive but why 2 Missile Launches with the Sternguards?

Well I could just add another two Combi-meltas but I thought take two missile launchers and they have some added punch.

EDIT: Granted the squad's special ammo drops by 2/4 shots but it does mean they have more oomph.

Drop the Sternguard for thunderhammer Terminators other wise i can't really see a point in running lysander =/ If you want the Veterans throw in Vulkan and melta-spam to make the list work together a bit better.

Ya but you are lacking any Close Combat power and 5 th\ss terminators + Lysander will give anyone a face beating well sternguard will get ripped apart if they are charged =/

Sternguard Sgt accepts any challenges while Lysander hits the enemy.

Dropping the Sternguard and Drop Pod gives me enough points to buy 3 more assault termis and a teleport homer.

No he just allows them to reroll their to hit rolls (which means rerolling gets hot and potentially rerolling 6 heavy bolter shots, or reroll snap firing missile launchers), Kantor makes Sternguard objective takers.
