help me identify this 28mm mini

Hi.
I just got this 28mm mini with no identification or company name.
Can anybody help me identify it?
There's no brand, name or date on tag that fits in the base.
Its NOT GW, but she has a plasma pistol in her hands

Does the model have a tag that fits in the base? If so are there any markings on it (company, model, year) there?

Never mind the guys over on dakkadakka just identified it
Its a conversion of a resident evil model (a really good conversion)

looks like the kind of work i've seen from HASSLEFREE MINIS. i picked up this female dual-pistoled squat gunslinger from them a while ago for my Rogue Trader Army from them:

Looks a lot like how I'd imagine Tonya Crid from gaunts ghosts to look
