One major issue with the list.. You're forgetting about deepstrike restrictions. With your original list you'll have to footslog azrael and one termie squad across the field which will make you vulnerable to a lot of shooting

In small point games its fun to have a super hero with a jump pack, it's really fun and with huge points drop in assault squads its even more fun. It's also the only chance to take shroud of heros.

I'd something like master with 2+/3++ jumppack, mace of redemption.
5 assault marine stock
6 snipers
As many plasma marines I could fit and a pc dread.

Small point games are extremely fun and allow you to pull off some really crazy tactics. I'm trying to find more 1k and under games but everyone wants to play 1.5k or up...
