I know nothing about businessy things. Shares are evil to me - a fake product that doesn't exist in my mind.

However the issue is how many shares 'we'd' need to control it, how much they are (incl brokering), how to set up a shareholding and possibly a website that enables members to vote on issues so the executor/ceo is acting in the will of the shareholders. Figure out a way to get a CEO. Then kickstart for that much. Then hope.

To out right control it you would need to control the majority of shares. Though in practice that isn't alaways necessary, if you can get other shareholders to follow your lead you can do it with a smaller percentage as long as your coalition has the power to outvote any other.
