You should put a couple Maidenguard's in it, seems like they'd be more likely to ride a rabbit pulled chariot than the Lothern guards what with Alarielle's rapport with animals and nature.

Seriously: It lacks the aesthetic of the high elves (and that i say as a dark elf purist), it doesn´t fit the concept of a flying chariot, it is too expensive
