How do I get a refund?

I've sent 3 emails to [email][email protected][/email] requesting a refund because I have a family conflict that weekend. I'm not getting any response, and this is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.

Does anyone have any idea how to reach someone that is working the convention?

Generally speaking, where the cancellation isn't the fault of the organiser, no refund is due.....
