    Dang that is pretty cool! I wonder if you get special Turbo-Laser Rules...... This game kind of makes me not want to sell my star wars collection.

    That is a pretty amazing table. I know that Gale Force Nine make a [URL="http://www.flamesofwar.com/gf9online_store.aspx?categoryid=13336&Country=GB"]3' x 3' battlemat[/URL] for use with space combat mini's games that is sort of similar (though nowhere near as impressive). Their one looks like this:



    Not bad for £30.

    This is the only place I've ever seen them, and they sell out so quickly. The ones that you link to are different and flatter to maintain board appearance, but these at SSM are geared more for full displays.

    My FLGS is known as 'The Dark Side', and the owner is going a step further.

    Using those tiles, he's going to create the Trench Run, making a trench out of the tiles, creating two full levels. Then he'll use plates of clear plastic to cover the trench so ships can fly above the trench or in the trench!

    Ah, now I know why my site went from 4-5 hits a week to 150 a day.
