They don't tend to have many guests, but it has plenty of panels, much cosplay and much drinking.
Apparently Amecon and Ayacon were both awesome as well, but I think they both ended, but Amecon is coming back in conjunction with Kita.
Unfortunately Kitacon is moving to this weekend or last weekend next year so I won't be able to go

You'd be surprised how many men get very uncomfortable with women who are physically stronger/more muscular than them though.
