I stand to be corrected on this, but I don't think lack of sex is actually valid grounds for divorce. I believe it would be an example of other problems such as irreconcilable differences. One partner wanting to have sex and the other not or neither wanting to have sex with the other being fairly major hurdles to overcome in the continuation of a marriage and symptomatic of other problems.

It doesn't really matter how long it has been going on though, entitlement to sex is entitlement to sex. He sprung this on her by surprise while she was going off on holiday in an attempt to shame and embarrass her. No one is saying he is a monster or a rapist or anything, all it does is show how men feel entitled to sex and when they aren't getting any they feel they have a legitimate grievance and instead of discussing it with their wife they pull stunts like this.

Yeah because we all know wimmins cant do that. And we all know that it is always 100 % legitimate for a man to say "no, dont want tonight" and this will never ever cause any issues.
Thats is because we know that all men actually always want it and if they dont, they are cheating on you or just dont love you anymore.

This is also a very good example of internet people making wild assumtions about other people because there is no way he tried to discuss it and was "turned down" when trying to get her to talk.

How do we know it wasn't discussed before ? We don't. For all we know it could have been going on for years.
Maybe her holiday is with another "friend". He's found out and this is the last straw.
All I'm saying is we don't know the full facts but yet feel we have the right to pass judgment.

It doesn't matter what we don't know, what we do know is he felt entitled to sex enough to draw up a spreadsheet and male entitlement to sex is one of the big problems facing women today. Men are NOT entitled to sex. It is NOT a right and no one has any kind of right to get pissy because his wife won't **** him. That is what matters and we have enough to see that he DID get pissy because she wouldn't have sex with him. That is enough.

You can't defend someone by saying we don't know enough and then put forward entirely unsubstantiated arguments. We don't know she wasn't haveing an affair, we don't know he wasn't having an affair, we don't know it wasn't discussed before though the context implies she was unaware of the 'issue' we don't know he was a ****ing 400lb alcoholic who beat her. It doesn't matter.

What we do know is that he was felt so entitled to sex he was able to keep a diary of all the times he was denied it AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM RIGHT THERE. Hypothetical questions about how long it was going for or whatever are irrelevant. The spreadsheet illustrates the male entitlement and no other evidence is needed.
