Upgrade from narative to GT?

I'm afraid I've made a bit of a mix up and decided to play in the GT instead of the narrative track. Can I pay the difference at the door or is there a way to cancel the other ticket?

I PM'd JWolf late last week on Dakka and today on here but I've yet to get a response.
