that Tigurius seems way over the top - I don't believe a word of that... I mean think about it... if you could design the most powerful special rules for a psyker you can think of, my list would pretty much look exactly like that...

Isn't that Ulthawe bloke supposed to be the most powerful living psyker?

However the process of robo-insemination is far too complex for the human mind!

Yep, hence the grumbling.
Ask not the EldarGal a question, for she will give you three answers, all of which are puns and terrifying to know. Back off man, I'm a feminist. Ia! Ia! Gloppal Snode!

And this, ladies and mentlegen, is how I tried to burn off my Adderall in an attempt to finally go to sleep....(obviously not actually working)
Every last scrap of info that I could gather, sorted, figured out, formatted, and rewritten for easier comprehension.
It took me like an hour and a half to type all of this up for the B&C, and I figured you guys over here might like it too....

Apologies for any weird stray bits of code. I cleaned it up like crazy, but the B&C's forum code apparently isn't completely compatible with BoLS's. *shrug*
Here's my original nice clean version of it: LINK

Credit to 40k Radio for tons of this info.

Hell Yeah.

I'm thinking FNP 6+ to represent the old bionics is probably right. As for the second, I don't know.
They might go back to the terminator sarges but I don't think so.
I'm sure it will be a USR or a modification to a USR.
I'd love a toughness increase or if I'm super mega wishlisting then an Iron Hands character that's double hard and makes dreadnoughts scoring troops

Am going to wait until seeing a Codex before believing some of these rules. Especially as it seems like the smurf's Tactical rule says FU to the Fist's Bolter Drill.

Not sure I like BT having Sword Brethren leaders in squads. BT squads are not supposed to have leaders in, they are supposed to be groups that choose to fight together out of brotherhood. Or at least that was the fluff in the last codex. But guess they need to or there'd be no challenges.
