all i can say is WOW! what a book full of win, lots of fluff, lots of cheese.

as for tactical squads question.

we have an armory again.

14 pts per model
one model may take a special weapon from the ranged weapons list.
one DIFFERENT model may take a weapon from the heavy weapons list.
if the squad number only 5 models, they must choose EITHER a heavy OR special weapon to take, but not both.
upgrade sergeant to veteran serg at 10 points he also has access to the melee weapons list in the armory.
