Allied Detachment Drop Pod

I have an Allied Detachment of one SM Tactical Squad and a Company Captain. They have a Drop Pod. Do I have to deploy this Drop Pod on turn 1 per the Drop Pod Assault Rules or can I hold it In Reserve?

You deploy half your drop pods (rounding up) in turn 1. so if you have 2 drop pods you can keep it in reserve, if it is your only drop pod, it comes in turn 1.

Ya. Essentially, after you have selected your army, the whole list is one army when it comes to deployment.
