Spear of Vulkan

Anyone have the rules info on this weapon, everyone I've talked to uses the rules for an axe and there is a big difference between an axe and a spear.

It's neither a power axe nor a power spear. The Spear of Vulkan says it is a master-crafted relic blade. As page 99 [url=http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m3180059a_Space_Marines_v1.3_APRIL13.pdf]says[/url], that makes it an S6 AP3 Two-Handed Melee weapon.
