Default On the Warpath! Forge Fathers/Orx

Hey guys! I'm working on a 500 point Forge Father and Marauder list to try and get some of my mates into wargaming. In retrospect the yellow has been a pain, but its always good to challenge yourself!

Tried a Blue FF too, just because I had a hankering. Think I'm getting neater! I've finished a Flamer guy and a Mjolnir, they were a lot of fun to paint. I'm also working on my Huscarl who is a Dreadball mini conversion and the Marauder Leader. Will post a battle report when these small armies are finished, I'm also going to do a list for 40k as well.

    Very nice!

I want to see some of those four barreled Forgefather guns now!

Really nice painting, I prefer your yellow scheme over the blue. It really makes the models pop out nicely. I love the idea of dwarves in space, but alas I didn't ever see the squats as I didn't start until 4th edition 40k. Mantic has a fantastic habit of filling in the areas GW are missing out on.
I love your idea of 2 armies to help twist others to play too. Look forward to seeing more of your models.

Thanks guys! Don't worry I'm sticking with the yellow paint scheme, just experimenting a bit I love dwarfs but never thought dwarfs in space could work, but Mantic totally managed to change my mind! Will try and upload more pics today, I'm really enjoying this project.
