The I cant sleep thread!

Its now past 5 am and if i dont get to sleep soon i never will....

(And i hope everyone knows this is just all in fun!.... sleep deprived fun, but fun nonetheless)

It is amusing that only Portugal shares the same time zone as UK, but is actually about 20 years behine the resst of Europe.

That's the point, no sleepies 'til next bed time then you shouldn't get insomnia two nights running.

My internal clock is all messed up... fall asleep around 5-5:30am up at 1pm bed at 2-3am

That's why you force yourself to stay up til bedtime. Of course it won't work if you have an actual sleep disorder in which case you should be seeking professional advice.

Im trying to self regulate by slowly going to bed earlier and earlier! And i am seeking profesional advice! Posters in the oulibette are professional messageboard posters! (but seriously just trying to wind it back and its hell, if it doesnt work, i may just do that)
