Necron Scarabs used to be a lot funnier when they could do that. S3 AP2 hit (iirc) at I10. Great fun watching your opponent's face when he charges a Marine Assault Squad into a couple of scarabs and the scarabs take most of the Marines with them

I think we'll see more blatantly kamikaze-style Orks than Bugs. I'm not looking forward to the next Hive Fleet however, they always give me loads of trouble! Of course that's mainly the Tervigons.

Orks only do that because dying in combat doesn't count as losing a battle, 'cause they were fighting.
