It's nicely balanced. I like.
IF you wanted to add more, one coming toward the camera (on the left?) would be my choice, though this would partially obscure the slann, and make handling much more difficult.
I'd leave as is.

Nice work, the tree is nicely balanced compared to the palanquin. Is the tree strong enough to hold the palanquin straight?
