YOU GET YOUR OWN CUSTOMIZED MINIATURE! Of course you can ask them to make bits as well.
You send them an idea for a mini and they actualize it. You'll be a part of the process form start to finish. You'll also be able to customize minis form parts in their database, form other creations and their original ideas. It's a service I've been wanting for awhile now and I'm surprised no one posted this yet.
