    Default Lothern Seaguard test

    Anyways, in between painting my Space Wolves army I want to do a small 1k High elf force.
    using the IOB set I did this Seaguard test piece.

    This How did you get your white so clean? I found those elves very hard to paint (3 hours and looked trash compared to yours).

    I'm going on a limb here, but it might be a white undercoat and/or Ceramic white Base, especially considering all the rather bright colors on the mini in general.

    Outstanding job!

    But...

    As someone that just got started painting and was beating myself up this weekend over how bad my first attempt is, this didn't help my confidence much.
    I have no fear of drowning; it's the breathing that's taking all this work.
