20 MkII Emperor's Children Assault Marines, with one powerfist,and one plasma pistol. And EC pads. 5 of these are unbuilt

Ltd Ed FW MkII Captain with thunder hammer and shield.

My problem with the Heresy stuff, is the lack of Space Wolf bits, i haven't seen any space wolf Heresy/pre-heresy pics that show them wearing the roman-ized helmets and stuff. If or when they come out with SW stuff, i'll be all over that.

We know they are coming in the Prospero burns book that has been confirmed at the Heresy Weekender. Isn't it the end of this year?
I have a feeling it was scheduled as the next book after book 3 of the drop site massacre series. You'll have to dredge through the heresy weekender thread and you'll find the info.

Just waiting for that FW eCodex to come out for a Mechanicus army for 40K and not HH.

I love the look of antiquited armor and equipment. I also like how you can see the beginings of the current era weapons, vehicles and ships.

The Pre-drop pod assault claw is especially interesting. I'd like to hear the fluff on why if got stripped down over time to it's current state.

It's down to ease of maintenance I guess.

Drop Pods seem far more straight forward, and fulfil the most important aspect, getting troops from ship to planet at a speed that prevents effective AA fire.
