I don't have my rulebook with me, but I keep seeing people say that units may disembark a fortification and charge. I thought only assault ramps/open topped allowed that.
Am I wrong?

there´s a special rule in Stronghold Assault that allows that

It is the "Repel the Enemy" rule in the updated building rules. The Designer’s Note explicitly calls out that "units sheltering within a building to disembark and charge the enemy on the same turn."
Repel the Enemy: Models disembarking from Access Points on a building can charge on the turn they do so, even on a turn the building was destroyed. Models using an Escape Hatch fortification upgrade may not make use of this special rule.
