    Default Flyrant w/2x twin-linked devourers?

Since the newer model of the Flyrant uses on of his arm slots for wings, can you still take 2 sets of twin linked devourers? Like what's the legal way to build him? Would you just build him with one set and call it two since he's out of places to stick them? Or do the wings take up a scything talon slot?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can model it any way you can make it work. It is a legal option.

You can build it however you want. A fun thing about Tyranids is you can go crazy with Biodiversity!

This is a popular conversion for the build. They use the Fleshborer Hives for the T-fex as quad-Devourers

I just made one huge Devourer for mine

those are both really cool ideas. May have to try those out. in my quest for a good 6th ed Nids list, I'm attempting to embrace 6th edition and try to get some dakka going.

I used Termagant devourers and Heavy Venom Cannon arms, and a LEFT Heavy Venom Cannon arm.

Cut the cannons and devourers as so. Cut the upper arm from the LEFT arm and used it as a swap so one of the cannon arms would work - swapped the shoulder joint around obviously.

I used greenstuff to fill joints and smooth things out. I just finished assembling the Flyrant and he looks badass with those arms in place. I was concerned the termagant devourer barrels would be too small, but they look great. Good luck!

Good work. Looks nice, balanced, and like it was designed that way.

I put one set on the wings themselves but used wings from a warhammer fantasy dragon not sure what one right now. Might have been an elven dragon since it didn't have rips in the wings ( I hate that).
