Daboarders Nids: Hive Fleet himera

So, re-booting my nids with a scheme I've had sitting on the back burner most of the life of the 5th ed codex (that thing was atrocious)

Its going to be a deep green exoskeletion with black Carapce highlighted to light green.

Here's the work thats been done on one of my tyrants on and off over the last year or so.

While I think the greens are looking awesome, I can't help but feel that you need one more colour to contest the greens. I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense its quite late where i am

God dammit man, thats almost exactly the same....hahaha I was even going to do the "muscle vents" in the same colour....HAHA!

Yeah I'll be keeping an eye on that as I paint it, I'm currently thinking that the bone should break up the green enough when I have it finished. But if it doesn't then I'll do the musculature parts either in yellow (Or not since Costa has that, HAAHA.) Or blue like the Forgeworld hierophant.

I think that Blue would work very well, But I'm really not one to talk, my current project are raptors chapter marines so I'm all for green with green

of course you want to make it "pop" but, you scheme is already better then behemoth and kraken imo lol.
