Deathclaw Model Question

Howdy guys, just a quick question for those who have built the Deathclaw kit;

Can Deathclaw be assembled without the armour plating and the saddle?

I'm curious because I have a particularly nasty conversion for the two-headed Griffon model in mind....

I'll bump this now just to see if anyone responds, but also to say that I'll bump it again in about a week or two. I can't buy the Deathclaw kit for another thirteen days minimum anyway so there's no rush

I have the sprue here in front of me and it comes with three separate chest plate decorations and the chestplate itself. Without the chestplate, there's a big blank spot. If you're handy with greenstuff, you could sculpt the missing feathers on.

Hmm, I'm no good with green stuff so I'll just use the armour plating. I won't put the decorations on and I will shave off any other Empire-looking stuff on the chestplate and that should work just fine actually.
This actually works better for me than if the armour plating was optional, thanks!
